The Lark Theater is proud to announce a CALL FOR ENTRIES for its 6th Annual 2011 Youth Film Festival. The festival will provide young people a forum for creativity and freedom of expression and is a great opportunity for young filmmakers to have their films juried by industry professionals and to see and share their films on the big screen.

The Festival is currently accepting film submissions from student filmmakers in the categories of Narrative, Documentary, Music, or Green Theme. The age categories for the competition are 10-13 and 14-18 years old. Filmmakers can submit their short films (under 11 minutes) in the following format: DVD Quicktime (mov)

The festival will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2011 and will showcase films selected for screening at the festival by industry professionals. The program will also include an awards ceremony and youth filmmaker question and answer panel.
