The Cultural Association DIVANOS, founded by Giulio Fabroni and other film alumni of Scuola Holden in Italy, has launched a crowdfunding campaign to finish their short film Lunedi: Chiuso! (Closed on Monday)
. The film is a "grotesque ballad," combining horror with dark humor as it explores feminicide through the reimagined story of a Florentine murderer. The first act of the short is available online here
, along with the option to donate to the project.
Since his time at SOCAPA, Giulio has graduated from the Cinema College of Scuola Holden. His feature film project as a screenwriter is a current finalist at the Biennale College Cinema in Venice.
