Gypsy, written by former screenwriting instructor Lisa Rubin, will join the ranks of Orange Is The New Black and Jessica Jones in 2017 as a Netflix original series!
The series, which will air 10 one-hour episodes in its first season, follows the journey of Jean Holloway a therapist who begins to develop dangerous and intimate relationships with the people in her patients' lives. Lisa is also adapting the best-selling novel I Was Here by Gayle Forman for New Line Cinema, and has been tapped to adapt the novel Food Whore: A Novel of Dining and Deceit by Jessica Tom for DreamWorks Studios! Congratulations Lisa!
