A pair of twins is separated by Leukemia. When one dies, his girlfriend and the other twin struggle to cope. This interaction leads to a volatile relationship, built on grief, validation, and acceptance. Right and wrong becomes obscured when things turn romantic, and they struggle to draw the line.
